EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND
Frank is a Wisconsin native and attended The University of Wisconsin, where he received a BBA in Finance and Real Estate and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate. Frank was Director at Landauer, providing institutional representation of income properties and placement of financing for acquisitions and development. He has also completed consulting assignments for major commercial real estate clients. Frank’s career has also included involvement with a regional mortgage-banking correspondent for numerous major life insurance companies, banks and other lenders in the Southwest and Midwest. He has represented clients in financing a diverse array of property types, including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, self-storage and recreation. His experience also includes structuring of workouts and other portfolio management issues, as well as complex retail site selection and development consulting assignments.
